Hot zones (red and magenta) demand attention first. Cool zones (blue) can wait.

You don't need a simpler life.
You need a better system.

Most task planners were built for one kind of brain. This one was built for yours.
The color tells you the urgency. The temperature tells you the order.
HOT means now. COLD means someday.
You always know what's next.

Three steps to a clear head.

No complicated setup. No daily habits to maintain.
Just put your tasks in, and the system tells you what to do first.

1

Get it out of your head

Use Quick Capture to dump everything — every task, every worry, every "I should really do that." Don't think about where it goes yet. Just get it out.

Relief
2

The matrix tells you what's hot

Sort each task into its zone. The color and temperature do the rest. HOT tasks are impossible to miss. COLD ones stay parked until you're ready.

Clarity
3

Work the zones, then do it again

Start with Zone 1 and work your way through. Incomplete tasks carry forward automatically every day. The system keeps going even when you need to stop.

Momentum

Every task has a home.

When everything has a place, nothing gets lost. Five zones, five temperatures, one clear answer to "what do I do next?"

🔥

Zone 1 · Must Do / Critical

DO IT HOT

This is your "right now" list. Drop everything. These tasks don't wait. Red means do it first, always.

🤝

Zone 2 · Must Do / Not Critical

DELEGATE IT WARM

It has to happen, but not by you. Hand it off and track it here so nothing slips through.

📅

Zone 3 · Need To Do / Critical

SCHEDULE IT WARMING

Not on fire yet, but it will be. Block time for it now before it moves to HOT and ruins your week.

Zone 4 · Need To Do / Not Critical

WAIT ON IT COOL

Real tasks, no rush. Park them here on purpose. They carry forward automatically when you're ready.

💡

Zone 5 · Want To Do

PLAN FOR IT COLD

Dreams, side projects, big ideas. They belong somewhere. Not today, not under pressure. Someday.

For the days when
your brain won't cooperate.

Other apps assume you'll just sit down and work. This one knows it's not that simple. Every feature here was built for a real moment — the stuck, the avoidant, the overwhelmed, the exhausted.

🔋 Energy Check-In

Match your tasks to your brain, not your calendar.

Every morning, one question: how's your energy today? Low energy days automatically dim lower-priority zones so you only see what's actually possible right now. No overwhelm. No guilt.

🧱 I'm Stuck Button

Stuck is a signal, not a character flaw.

Every task has a 🧱 button. Tap it and you get three honest options: break it into smaller pieces, start a 10-minute sprint, or defer it without guilt. No shame, no spiral. Just a way forward.

😬 Are You Avoiding This?

Avoidance is self-protection, not laziness.

When the blocker is emotional, not practical, you get different options. One tiny step. A reminder of why it matters. Or a guilt-free defer. Because sometimes you need compassion more than a deadline.

💡 Why This Matters To Me

Your reasons. Not someone else's deadline.

Add a personal note to any task explaining why you actually care about it. It shows up every time you open the task. Interest-based motivation is real. This gives it somewhere to live.

🎯 Just One Thing Mode

When the list itself is the problem.

One task. Full screen. One checkbox. Nothing else to look at, nothing else to decide. When everything feels like too much, this strips it down to the one thing that matters right now.

🔦 Focus Mode

See one zone. Nothing else.

If the full matrix is overwhelming, Focus Mode shows you exactly one zone at a time. You choose which one. Everything else disappears until you're ready for it.

⏱ Soft Task Timer

A nudge, not an alarm.

Start a timer on any task. When your time is up, it gently asks if you're still on it. No buzzing, no hard stop, no panic. Time blindness is real. This is a soft check-in, not a countdown gun.

🔨 Break It Down

Big tasks aren't tasks. They're projects in disguise.

"Write the report" is not one thing. Break It Down splits any task into real steps right inside the card. Any step can become its own task with one tap — same zone, with a note showing where it came from. Small, completable pieces. That's where momentum comes from.

↻ What's Next Bridge

No more staring at the ceiling between tasks.

The moment you complete a task, the app shows you what's next. No gap. No "now what?" No decision fatigue. Just a smooth handoff to the next thing on your list.

🔥 Overwhelm Check-In

When your HOT zone gets too full, the app notices.

If five or more tasks pile up in your DO IT zone, you'll get a gentle check-in — not a warning, not a grade. Just a nudge to reconsider what actually has to happen today. When space clears, you decide what moves up. Nothing happens automatically.

↻ Daily Carry-Forward

Miss a day? The app doesn't care.

Incomplete tasks carry forward automatically every morning. You never rebuild from scratch. You never lose track of what you didn't finish. Just pick up where you left off.

📥 Quick Capture

Get it out of your head first. Sort it later.

Brain dump everything into Quick Capture the moment it hits you. Don't think about where it goes. Just get it out. Sort it into the matrix when you're ready. Nothing gets lost.

💪 Effort Gets Noticed Here

The app sees what you actually did, not just what you finished.

Finished a task you'd been carrying for days? The app names it. Completed something on a low-energy day? It says so. A weekly glance back shows what you did — not a score, not a streak to protect. Just an honest reflection of real effort.

✨ Reduced Motion

Calm when you need it.

Animations off with one toggle. The app respects your system's reduced-motion preference automatically. Or set it yourself in Settings. Your environment, your call.

College is a lot. This helps.

Deadlines from five classes, irregular sleep, a brain that doesn't do well with "just make a list." These features were built for that reality. No .edu email required. Turn them on in Settings.

🏷 Course Tags

Stop asking "wait, which class is this for?"

Tag any task with a course name — PSYCH 201, Thesis, Stats. It shows as a badge on the card. You see it at a glance without reading the whole task every time.

⚙ Turn on in Settings
📆 Semester View

See every deadline at once.

Switch to Semester view and see all your due dates sorted closest-first. Tasks due in 5 days show as WARMING. Tasks due in 2 days go HOT. No surprises. No "I forgot that was due."

⚙ Turn on in Settings
🔥 Auto-Escalate Due Dates

The app watches the clock so you don't have to.

5 days to deadline, your task becomes WARMING. 2 days out, it goes HOT. You don't have to remember to reprioritize. Time blindness is real. This handles it.

⚙ Turn on in Settings
😴 "I Haven't Slept" Mode

For the days you're running on nothing.

Choose "I haven't slept" in the morning check-in. The app strips down to Zone 1 only, one task at a time. No decisions. No overwhelm. Just the one thing that absolutely has to happen today.

⚙ Turn on in Settings

All student features are optional. Turn on only the ones that help. No .edu address needed.

Good questions.

Do I need to create an account?

Yes, but it's painless. No passwords. Enter your email and we send you a magic link. Click it and you're in. That's the whole process.

Where is my data stored?

Your tasks and settings sync securely to your account in the cloud, so they're available on every device you use. You can download a copy of your tasks as a CSV anytime from Settings. You can also delete your account and all your data directly from Settings.

What does the free trial include?

Everything. The full app, every feature, all five zones, unlimited tasks. No credit card required. No features held back. 30 days to decide if it works for you.

What happens if I cancel?

You keep full access until the end of your paid period. Before you go, you can download all your tasks as a CSV from Settings. If you want to delete your account and data entirely, you can do that in Settings too.

Is there a mobile app?

It's a Progressive Web App (PWA). On iPhone, open it in Safari, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen. On Android, tap the install prompt in Chrome. It works offline and feels like a native app.

What does HOT, WARM, WARMING, COOL, COLD mean?

Each zone has a temperature that tells you exactly how urgent it is. HOT means do it now. COLD means someday, no pressure. That's the whole system: Red is hot. Blue is not. Everything in between has its place.

What's the difference between the five zones?

The matrix has two dimensions: importance (Must Do, Need To Do, Want To Do) and urgency (Critical vs. Not Critical). Zone 1 (DO IT, HOT) is both important and urgent. Zone 5 (PLAN FOR IT, COLD) is a want-to-do with no deadline. The color tells you where it sits. Red is hot. Blue is not.

Is this good for college students?

Yes, and there are features built specifically for it. Course Tags let you label tasks by class. Semester View shows all your deadlines sorted closest-first. Auto-Escalate heats up tasks automatically as deadlines approach. "I Haven't Slept" mode strips everything down to Zone 1 when you're running on empty. All optional, all in Settings.

Is this built for neurodivergent brains?

Yes, and it works for every brain. The whole architecture was designed around how neurodivergent brains actually work: interest-based motivation, energy variability, task avoidance, context switching, and executive function challenges. That's not a marketing add-on. It's why the app exists.

Can I change my email address?

Yes. Go to Settings and look under Account. Enter your new email and we send a verification link to it. Nothing changes until you click the link.

Can I collaborate with others?

Not yet. This is a personal task planner. Collaboration is on the roadmap. For now, it's your private workspace.

Stop drowning in your to‑do list.
